HEAT Plus works alongside our HEAT service to provide additional support to vulnerable Surrey residents. The HEAT Plus team can help residents complete grant applications, go through energy bills in greater depth, give energy saving tips and measures, and refer to other support services and debt advice.
How HEAT and HEAT Plus fit together
We’ll look at the information you provide and make sure you’re directed to the right support. Depending on your circumstances, that may be a HEAT home visit, HEAT Plus support, or both.
Free home energy advice
A free home energy survey from a local, trained energy champion resulting in a report giving you affordable and practical advice on how to keep your home warm and reduce your energy bills.
Additional support, if you need it
Additional free support for vulnerable Surrey residents who need more help than just a written report. See below for more information on the support available through HEAT Plus.

An Energy Champion will visit you and provide the support you need to reduce your energy bills and keep your home warm.

You'll receive a simple update about what the Energy Champion discussed with you and what they're doing to help you.
