For households with additional needs, we may be able to offer additional support through our HEAT Plus service. These questions help us assess your eligibility for this support. Your information is stored securely in line with special category data rules, and we will not use it to contact you for anything other than activities related to this energy project. View Zero Carbon Guildford's Privacy Policy on our website for more details.

Please be aware of scams

Some residents have reported receiving unsolicited calls offering home energy surveys or insulation. We never cold call. Our team will only contact you if you've reached out to us first. If you're unsure whether a caller is genuine, please email EnergySurveys@zerocarbonguildford.org or call 07443 870 691, and our coordinators will confirm if the person is part of our team.
